Privacy notice
What personal data we collect when you use this website, why we process it, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any difference between this text and the Turkish version, the Turkish text is the binding one.
This website is not a shop. There is no account, no basket and no payment step. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Personal data is processed only when you choose to fill in and send the quote form.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Eratos Kozmetik ve Kişisel Bakım Ürünleri İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Tekstilkent G2 Blok No:282, Esenler / Istanbul, Türkiye. For buyers in the European Union our group company Eratos B.V., Keizersgracht 452, 1016 GD Amsterdam, Netherlands, acts as the contracting party.
We process personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, in line with it.
2. What we collect
If you complete the quote form:
- Identity: your name.
- Contact: email address, telephone number.
- Business: company name, the product groups you are interested in, estimated quantity and any note you write.
If you do not complete the form, simply visiting the site does not cause us to collect any personal data about you.
3. Why we process it
- To prepare and send you a wholesale quotation,
- To handle your sample request and send the sample,
- To answer your questions, suggestions and complaints,
- To carry out pre-contract and contract steps if you place an order,
- To run our business and meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract,
- Compliance with our legal obligations,
- Our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, provided your rights are not overridden.
5. How it reaches us
The form opens your own email application with the message filled in and addressed to us. It reaches us when you press send. We do not run a server that captures the form silently.
6. Sharing
Your data may be shared with our email and hosting providers, with our Dutch group company for shipments into Europe, and with public authorities where the law requires it. It is never sold, rented or passed on for third party marketing.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Our production company is based in Türkiye, so an enquiry from the European Union involves a transfer of your contact details to Türkiye. The transfer is made because it is necessary to answer your request and to perform or prepare a contract with you.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiry and sample data is kept for a maximum of two years if no business relationship follows. If you become a customer, we keep it for the retention periods required by applicable commercial and tax law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to tell you what we hold and why, to correct anything inaccurate, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also object to any decision based solely on automated processing, although we make none.

If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, and if you are in the European Union, to your national supervisory authority.
