Three types, three levels of bite
Pumice stone is porous volcanic rock; gentle on wet skin, it thins callus over time. The mildest option and the best seller.
Heel file has an abrasive surface and works faster than pumice. On the adhesive-refill model the surface is replaced when it wears out and the body stays.
Heel grater has a metal blade and is the harshest of the three. For thick callus, and it asks to be used carefully.
Why colour matters here
The coloured range looks alive on a retail shelf, which is why supermarket and pharmacy buyers ask for it. We make the heel grater in five colours and buyers usually take all five to build a colour run.
Coloured pumice is wanted for the same reason. Natural grey pumice performs identically, it simply does not get noticed on a shelf.
Packing
Pumice comes in packs of thirty; files and graters twelve to a dozen. Mixed orders are fine.

Common questions
Which sells better, pumice or a file?
Pumice. It is gentler, so customers pick it up without hesitating; files and graters are for the more deliberate buyer.
Is coloured pumice different from natural?
Identical in function. The difference is shelf visibility; the coloured range turns faster in supermarkets and pharmacies.
How does the adhesive-refill file work?
The abrasive surface is stuck to the body. When it wears down a new one goes on and the body stays. We supply refill surfaces separately.
Does it go into hotel sets?
Yes. A single pumice can be wrapped and placed in an amenity set; the hotel amenity page covers how sets are built.
