Hotel amenity manufacturing
Hotel amenity work is the bulk of what we do. We produce the bathroom products of five star chains, and they leave under the hotel's name, not ours.
Produced under the hotel's own brand
In amenity work the maker's name does not appear on the product. The hotel's logo is laser burned into the wooden body and the packaging is built to the hotel's identity. The guest sees it as the hotel's product, which is how it should be.
That is also why some names are missing from our reference list. Agreements limit what we can put in writing; in a meeting we say plainly which ones we can show, and we put the samples we produced in your hands.
What goes into an amenity set
The most requested combination is a mitt and a pestemal towel. On top of that go loofah soap, a small bath brush and a comb. The hotel's concept decides the contents; a spa led hotel and a city hotel do not ask for the same set.
On packaging there are cotton pouches, kraft bands and boxes. Whether items are wrapped singly or boxed as a set, and whether housekeeping or the spa desk hands them out, decides the packaging.
Volume, lead time and repeat orders
Hotel work repeats. We keep the sample you approved on the first order and produce later batches against it, so the second order does not come out different from the first. Natural bristle can vary in tone between batches; if you feel a difference we replace the batch at no charge.
Production is 7 to 14 working days after approval. For heavy pre season buying the calendar needs planning together; starting the conversation in spring for the summer season is the comfortable way.

Common questions
Does your name appear on the product?
No. In amenity work the product leaves under the hotel's own name and the hotel's logo is burned into the wood. Our name appears nowhere.
Which hotels have you produced for?
Some we can share in writing, some our agreements prevent. In a meeting we say plainly which ones we can show, and we put the samples in your hands.
Will a repeat order match the first?
We keep the sample you approved and produce later batches against it. If you feel a batch difference we replace the batch at no charge.
Is the minimum 50 pieces for hotels too?
Yes, our minimum is 50. Hotel work usually runs at much higher volumes, and the price falls as volume rises.
