Private label and OEM manufacturing
The product carries your brand; we make it. As a wholesale brush manufacturer in Istanbul, we build the whole range in our own workshop. This page sets out how private label work runs here, what can be changed on a brush, and what cannot.
What private label means here
The workshop is ours, the brand is yours. We build the product the way you want it, from bristle choice to packaging, and your name goes on it. We do not appoint dealers or distributors; what we make leaves under your name.
We have been doing this since 2021. We carry our own brand as well, but a large part of the output is made for other people's.
Minimum order: fifty pieces
Fifty pieces, whether it is one product or a mixed order. In this trade the private label minimum is usually 500 to 1000; we keep ours here so that trying us is not a decision you have to defend to anyone.
Fifty is a real first order, not a sample. If the first batch works, we talk about quantity on the second.
What can change on a brush
Bristle: horse mane, horse tail, goat hair, tampico, synthetic, or a blend. What each one is good for is set out in the bristle guide.
Body: beech, hornbeam, boxwood, bamboo. Size, handle length, oval or round form.
Detail: strap colour and material, hanging hole, bristle length and density.
Packaging: kraft box, pouch, label, printed carton.
Your logo
We laser engrave into the wooden body. A clean, simple mark comes out best; fine detail and very small type break up in wood.
Send the file over and we will look at how it will come out before anything goes into production.
Samples
We take the sample fee off your first order. So if you really do order, the sample cost you nothing.
If you are torn between two bristles we send both. Comparing them in your hand beats deciding from a description.
Lead time
Seven to fourteen working days after the approved sample and proforma. It varies with the product and the quantity, and the quote states the actual days.
If packaging is printed, add the print supplier's delivery to that — their schedule, not ours.
Invoicing for European buyers
We have a registered Dutch company: Eratos B.V., Amsterdam, KvK 98251740. Your invoice can be issued from inside the EU and the goods can reach you from inside the EU, which lets us carry the import side rather than you.
We also export directly from Türkiye. Which one suits you depends on the delivery country and the quantity, and we work that out together.
Delivery terms
Under Incoterms 2020 we work with EXW, FCA, FOB and DAP. The term you choose is written explicitly on the proforma invoice; unless agreed otherwise in writing the term is EXW Esenler, Istanbul.
Whichever term is chosen, import duties, customs charges and local taxes sit with the buyer.

Send us the list your buying process requires and we answer it line by line, in writing: what we already hold, what we can obtain, and what we cannot.
We would rather say no to one line than promise everything and leave you stuck at customs.
Frequently asked questions
Do you really produce from 50 pieces?
Yes. Fifty pieces, for a single product or a mixed order. The trade minimum is usually 500 to 1000; ours is deliberately lower.
Do I supply my own packaging?
Either way works. You send the packaging, or we source it. If we source it, the print supplier's delivery time is added to the lead time.
Will the second batch match the first?
Natural hair comes from an animal, so two batches are never identical. We work from the same supplier and the same hair grade to keep the difference within an acceptable band. If you need exact consistency, synthetic bristle is the better fit.
Where can the logo go on the product?
Laser engraved into a flat face of the wooden body. On woven goods such as mitts and peshtemals we discuss a label or a print instead.
How soon does a sample arrive?
A sample from a stock product ships straight away. For a custom sample we give you the time in writing once we have seen the product.
Can you ship to Europe under my brand?
Yes. We can invoice from inside the EU through Eratos B.V. in Amsterdam, or export directly from Türkiye. Tell us the delivery country and the quantity and we will price both.
