Goat hair is the softest bristle we work with. Everything made for reactive skin, baby care and the face comes from it. In the blended models it is used alongside horsehair.

Why this is the softest bristle

Goat hair is fine and flexible. It passes over the skin rather than pressing into it. It sits at the soft end of our firmness scale with nothing close to it; synthetic bristle can approach the softness but not the give of a natural fibre.

The cost of that is durability. Goat hair does not last as long as horsehair and tires faster in a product that stays wet. For short contact — dry brushing, cleansing the face — it is the right choice.

Why baby brushes are made from it

A baby brush has one criterion: it must not irritate. That is why goat hair is the standard. In the range we produce for Türkiye's best known baby care brand, the softest goat hair is set aside for it.

The body changes too: no sharp corners, a finer sanding pass, a smaller size. We use the same bristle in adult face brushes, but with a different body and bristle length.

Blended models

Some models use horsehair and goat hair together. The goat hair gives softness, the horsehair gives life, and the result sits between the two. In face brushes this is the most requested group.

The ratio is not fixed and can be set to your preference. At the sample stage we suggest sending two different ratios so you can choose.

Is goat hair safe for babies?

It is the standard bristle in baby care. It is the softest material we work with and we set aside the softest batch for baby ranges. No sharp corners on the body and a finer sanding pass.

How durable is it against horsehair?

Less. Being finer, goat hair tires faster in a product that stays wet. In dry brushing and facial cleansing it holds up fine.

Can we choose the blend ratio?

Yes. We send two different ratios at the sample stage so you can compare them by hand.
