What this structure gives you
We manufacture in Türkiye and hold an EU legal entity in the Netherlands. For a European buyer that means:
- Your invoice comes from a company inside the EU, in euros.
- You do not have to be the importer. We can handle customs and import ourselves.
- Your contract is with a Dutch legal entity, so if anything goes wrong your counterparty is inside the EU.
- Shipping can run through Amsterdam, which makes delivery time and freight cost more predictable than sending direct from Türkiye.
- We ship anywhere in Europe, not just to one country.
- Our import invoices are open to inspection. Ask where the hair or loofah in a batch came from and we show you the paperwork.
- We can supply the certificates your buying process asks for. Send your list and we answer in writing, item by item.
