Softest
Firmest
Five bristles, five jobs. Pick the wrong one and the product disappoints. This is where most complaints start. Loofah and mitts are not on this scale, they scrub rather than brush.
Goat hair
Very softBaby brushes and face brushes. For skin that reacts to everything.
Horse mane
MediumDry brushing and body brushes. Wakes the skin without scratching it.
Horse tail
Medium firmCellulite brushes and back brushes. Firmer and more solid than mane, without being harsh.
Synthetic bristle
Firm, veganBath and nylon brushes. Holds its shape in water, washes clean, and every batch comes out identical.

Hotel amenity work is the bulk of what we do. If your group runs bathrooms at scale, we have almost certainly produced for a chain like yours before, and we can show you the samples.
Ask during your enquiry and we will show you the actual samples we produced for these brands. Some agreements limit what we can put in writing, and we will tell you plainly which those are.

Straight answers
What buyers ask before they order
Will the bristles fall out?
The bristle tuft is knotted in and sunk into the body, not stapled. A few loose hairs on first use is normal in natural bristle, after that it stops. Pull at it yourself on the sample, we want you to.
Will the wooden handle crack in a bathroom?
Bodies are boxwood and hornbeam, both hard and close grained. Any wood left wet wears out in time, which is why the care note says hang it dry. For a product that will sit in water all day we point you to loofah or tampico instead.
Will the second batch match the first?
The hair comes from the same supplier, sorted by the same length and grade. We keep a sample from every batch and produce your reorder against your old sample. If you feel a difference in firmness we replace the batch.
Can you ship to my country in Europe?
Anywhere in Europe. We have a registered Dutch company, Eratos B.V. in Amsterdam, so your invoice can come from inside the EU and the import side can be handled by us rather than by you. Tell us the delivery country and quantity and we will price the shipping with the goods.
Which delivery terms do you work with, and who pays customs?
Under Incoterms 2020 we work with EXW, FCA, FOB and DAP. The term you choose is written explicitly on the proforma invoice; unless we agree otherwise in writing it is EXW Esenler, Istanbul. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the buyer’s side under every one of those terms. If it is simpler for you, the invoice can come from our Dutch company Eratos B.V. instead, and the goods reach you from inside the EU.
Can you provide certificates?
Yes. Tell us which certificates your buying process requires and we will go through your list item by item and answer in writing: what we already hold, what we can obtain, and what we cannot. We would rather say no to one line than promise everything and disappoint you at customs.
Where does your raw material come from?
Part of it we buy in Türkiye, part we import. Our import invoices are open to inspection: if you want to see where a batch of hair or loofah came from, we show you the paperwork. A supplier who hides where the material comes from is a supplier who cannot guarantee the next batch.
What is the minimum order?
Fifty pieces. Same for a single product and for a mixed order. In this trade the private label minimum is usually 500 to 1000, and we keep ours here so trying us is not a decision you have to defend to anyone.
Do samples cost money?
We take the sample fee off your first order. So if you really do order, the sample cost you nothing.
Can I put my own logo on it?
Yes. Laser engraving puts it into the wooden body. A simple mark with clean lines comes out best, so send the file over and we will look at it.
